Key Features
Combines fundamental value investing with robust, in-house climate change research to capitalise on investment opportunities, reduce risk and influence positive outcomes related to climate change. Investments are made across a broad range of sectors by investing in companies that fall into two primary themes:
Solutions Companies:
Those with majority of revenues from products and services that seek to reduce emissions, improve resource efficiency, and/or protect against the physical consequences of climate change.
Transitioning Companies:
Companies with exposure to solutions offerings that are either growing into solutions companies over time, enabling solutions companies through adjacent products, and/or have low absolute carbon and resource intensity.
Sustainability
We firmly believe that analysis of the long-term prospects for any company we research should consider the potential effect of factors such as its impact on the environment (E), a company’s relationship with employees and the community where it operates (S), or how its oversight is structured (G).
Analyzing the material issues a company is exposed to is just good business analysis. And when companies manage all stakeholder relationships effectively, they can be more successful at managing risk and capturing opportunities.
