Lawrence Pascal

Lawrence Pascal is a vice president and research analyst for Franklin Templeton Fixed Income - Municipal Bonds in San Mateo, California, United States. Mr. Pascal is responsible for the analysis and on-going surveillance of Tax Allocation Bonds, and the states of Lousiana and Michigan.

Mr. Pascal has over 22 years of experience in the financial services industry. He joined Franklin Templeton in 1998 as a futures associate.

Mr. Pascal holds a bachelor of science in managerial economics from University of California at Davis, and a MBA from Babson College. He is a member of the California Society of Municipal Analysts, the National Federation of Municipal Analysts, and the San Francisco Municipal Bond Club.
