Michael Shepard

Michael Shepard is a vice president and research analyst for Franklin Templeton Fixed Income - Municipal Bonds in San Mateo, California, United States. Mr. Shepard is responsible for the analysis and on-going surveillance of transportation bonds.

Mr. Shepard has over 26 years of experience in the financial services industry. He is a member of the Infrastructure Group within the Municipal Bond department. Mr. Shepard joined Franklin Templeton in 1994 as a futures associate.

Mr. Shepard holds a bachelor of science in finance from San Diego State University, and a MBA in finance from California State University at Hayward. He is a member of the California Society of Municipal Analysts, the National Federation of Municipal Analysts, and the San Francisco Municipal Bond Club.
