Amber M. Saft

Amber M. Saft is Director of Strategic Planning & Operations for Franklin Equity. She leads a broad range of functions including business strategy, product strategy and product marketing.

Prior to her current position Ms. Saft was a Senior Vice President and Head of Business Development for Franklin Mutual Series. Before that, she was Vice President and Senior Product Strategist for the Franklin Equity Group's New York-based global equity platform and Franklin Mutual equity strategies. Ms. Saft worked closely with portfolio management and distribution in support of the Franklin Equity Group and Franklin Mutual's global, non-US and US equity strategies. In addition she was responsible for articulating the investment process to clients and other external parties. Prior to joining Franklin Templeton in 2002 Ms. Saft worked in the visual arts and with nonprofit organizations.

Ms. Saft earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
