Courtney is a Portfolio Manager on the UK Managers’ Focus, UK Mid Cap and UK Small Cap strategies at ClearBridge Investments.

He joined the firm in 2021 and has 8 years of investment industry experience.

Courtney was a Portfolio Manager at Martin Currie, which became part of ClearBridge in 2025. Prior to this, he was an Equity Research Analyst at Franklin Templeton and an Equity Research Analyst at Cardale Asset Management.
