Dave McGowan, CFA

Dave McGowan is a member of the Global Index Portfolio Management team at Franklin Templeton, based in London. He is responsible for managing ETFs domiciled in EMEA.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, Mr. McGowan was an Investment Manager at China Post Global, on the Market Access range of Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) and Qualified Investor Alternative Investment Funds (QIAIFs).

He previously worked as an Investment Analyst on a range of Japanese equity hedge funds and as an Operations Manager at City Financial Investment Company.

Mr. McGowan earned a degree in Economics from the University of Southampton, holds the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
