David Andrews, CFA

David Andrews, CFA is a vice president and institutional portfolio manager for Franklin Templeton Fixed Income group focused on fixed income strategies, which include Government, Core & Core Plus, investment grade Corporate Credit, and Money Market strategies.

Mr. Andrews joined Franklin Templeton in 2015 and has served in client facing roles with the portfolio consulting group and the multi-asset solutions team. Prior to joining, Mr. Andrews worked at Richardson GMP, where he led the portfolio advisory group covering both public market equities and fixed income.

Mr. Andrews holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Wilfrid Laurier University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Toronto. He is registered as an Advising Representative with the Ontario Securities Commission.
