David Mack joined Franklin Templeton in 1997 and is Vice President and asset manager within Franklin Real Asset Advisors. He is responsible for monitoring property performance, executing business plans and partnering with key constituents to maximize the value of portfolio assets in the Franklin Templeton Social Infrastructure Fund. Mr. Mack is also responsible for the Fund's GRESB sustainability reporting efforts. In addition, he works with the senior leadership to develop insights and strategic perspectives for long-term growth of the platform.
Mr. Mack began working for Franklin Templeton Investments as a retirement plans management trainee and has subsequently served as Director of the firm's Global Institutional Business and Director of Alternative Investments. Past work experience at Franklin Templeton includes mergers & acquisitions, financial management as well as investment compliance due diligence for direct real estate investments in Europe.
Mr. Mack holds a Global M.B.A. from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He also completed executive management programmes in global real estate and private equity at University of Oxford, Said Business School and post-graduate studies in corporate finance at University of California, Berkeley.
