Hailey Harris

Hailey Harris is a member of the Global Index Portfolio Management team at Franklin Templeton, and responsible for managing a suite of index-based strategies, including ETFs.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton in 2018, Ms. Harris spent three years as a portfolio manager at Global X Funds in New York where she managed more than 50 index-based, global equity ETF portfolios covering commodities, emerging markets, strategic beta and thematic investing strategies. Previously, Ms. Harris also served as a senior portfolio analyst at ProShares where she managed the fixed income, CDX and currency ETFs and mutual funds. She also worked on levered and inverse domestic equity products.

Ms. Harris holds a bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Maryland.
