Julien A. Scholnick is a portfolio manager with Western Asset Management Company, LLC and has more than 25 years of experience.

Prior to joining the Firm in 2003, Mr. Scholnick served as an Associate in the Private Client Group with Salomon Smith Barney, as a Senior Analyst with Digital Coast Partners and as a Senior Analyst with Arthur Andersen, LLP.

Mr. Scholnick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA from Cornell University. He also holds the CFA designation.
