Leslie Chow

Leslie Chow is a senior vice president and senior executive director within Franklin Templeton Emerging Markets Equity's (FTEME) investment team.

Leslie has more than 20 years of experience covering the energy and material sectors, both in Asia and Europe. He was most recently with UBS Global Asset Management in Hong Kong for more than 11 years as an executive director and regional energy & materials sector analyst.

Prior to that, he worked at Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong, Citigroup Investment Research in Seoul, Salomon Smith Barney in Hong Kong and Salomon Brothers in London.

Leslie holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Chemistry from Imperial College, UK. He also attended the University of Michigan, USA, as a Fulbright Scholar where he attained his MBA.
