Michael Conn

Michael Conn is a vice president and portfolio manager for Franklin Templeton Fixed Income - Municipals in San Mateo, California, United States. Mr. Conn is responsible for managing all 25 state-specific municipal strategies.

Mr. Conn has over 26 years of experience in the financial services industry, and served on both the muni bond credit and fixed income asset allocation committees.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Conn was a co-director, portfolio management and senior portfolio manager for Franklin Advisers, Inc. He also was previously with California Investment Trust and Gruntal & Co. Mr. Conn joined Franklin Templeton in 2001.

Mr. Conn holds a bachelor of science in economics from Santa Clara University and a MBA from Golden Gate University. He is a member of Municipal Bond Club of San Francisco.
