Sergio Guerrien

Sergio Guerrien is director and country manager for the South American region. He is responsible for the development of FranklinTempleton in both offshore and onshore markets within South America including sales, marketing, client service and the planning process.

Mr. Guerrien joined Franklin Templeton Investments in 1995 as part of the team that set up the first FranklinTempleton office in Latin America. In 1998, he became responsible for sales of Franklin Templeton offshore products in Latin America.

Prior to joining Franklin Templeton, he was contributing financial expertise as a senior steel and commodity trader at Batory Inc., a leading trading house.

Mr. Guerrien received a B.A. in economics from Universidad de Buenos Aires and is fluent is Spanish and French.
